What does it mean when application error appears on my desktop?

My desktop stays on a black screen after you can in press about the application error message. If your safe your way still a black screen.

This is most likely due to Windows registry damaged. You will have to scan the registry to identify problem areas and then fix them with a tool registry repair qualified. For this I recommend use the following tool: http://windows-error-repair.org/error-library/application-error.html Once you have downloaded and installed the repair tool to move forward and errors.
